-Kevin Heath Known for her genuine compassion and love for helping others, Michelle helps her clients be seen and understood as she supports their growth and development. Inspired by her personal experiences with mental health and a deep-seated passion for supporting others, Michelle found her calling in the mental health field. She pursued this passion at Texas Tech University, where she earned her Master of Science in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy.
Michelle’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, believing that every individual is unique and deserving of personalized care. She tailors her methods to fit each client’s specific needs, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and strengths. Michelle finds great joy in working with teenagers, guiding them through their struggles, and helping them realize they have the tools within themselves to become whoever they aspire to be. Her dedication extends to clients facing various presenting concerns, where her empathy and tailored approach make her an effective and compassionate therapist. What Michelle values most about her clients is their commitment to personal growth. Born and raised in West Texas, Michelle has a deep connection to her community. She loves dining at Italian Garden, where her favorite meal includes bread and butter, salad, and Chicken Parmigiana. Additionally, Michelle enjoys participating in races organized by the West Texas Running Club, attending Texas Tech sporting events (Wreck’em), and watching and coaching her daughter in her sports activities.
